In addition to our expertise in property rehabilitation, we have a strong track record in fix and flip projects. Having successfully flipped approximately 5 properties, we possess a keen understanding of market trends and buyer preferences, enabling us to deliver outstanding results. Our most notable achievement to date is the complete rehabilitation of a 17-unit property, which we successfully accomplished within a $300,000 budget.
