It all started about six years back when I got introduced to a Turnkey Real Estate Company out of Indiana. I became obsessed with soaking up every bit of info I could find on out-of-state Real Estate ownership. But after a while, all the stories started to blend together, and I knew it was time to take action. That's when I pitched the idea of a 50/50 Partnership to my dad, who's got a ton of experience in banking and mortgages. With his background and my firefighting background, I knew he'd be the perfect mentor for me in this new venture.

Together, we honed in on our niche in the Indiana market, building relationships with realtors, wholesalers, and folks in the know. We set our sights on properties in need of some serious love, the kind folks sometimes call "slums." Snagging them at good prices, we poured our hearts into making them shine again through top-to-bottom renovations. Our mission? To breathe new life into neglected areas and create homes people would be proud to live in.
